THE HOUSE OF DANTE BIANCO

THE FRAGMENTS

Some things are not meant to be found by searching.

THE HOUSE LEAVES FRAGMENTS BEHIND.

Not advertisements.
Not invitations.
Not announcements.

Fragments.

Small pieces of the House's thinking, its materials, its methods, and its objects - placed beyond the walls of the House and left to be encountered.

Each is marked only by a number.

A fragment may be found on a street, in a passage, beside a building, or somewhere entirely unexpected.

Its location is not recorded here.

Its presence is enough.

THE ARCHIVE

The fragments are studies in what the House considers essential.

Material.
Origin.
Form.
Structure.
Proportion.
Void.
Transformation.

Some begin with a stone.

Some with a piece of metal.

Some with an idea that has not yet become an object.

Each reveals something of the discipline behind the House.

FRAGMENTS ARE NOT COLLECTED HERE.

The Archive records what has been revealed.

It does not reveal where the fragments may be found.

There is no map.

No complete catalogue.

No announced route.

The House believes discovery should retain some element of chance.

So look carefully.

The city is full of surfaces that are passed without being seen.

A fragment may already be closer than you think.

If you have uncovered a physical artifact within the grid of the city, enter your fragment coordinates directly via the Ledger.

THE HOUSE IS BUILT IN FRAGMENTS.

A stone becomes a cut.

A cut becomes a structure.

A structure becomes an object.

An object becomes part of a larger language.

The House is not found all at once.

It is encountered piece by piece.
