THE WORK OF THE HOUSE
Every service offered by the House of Dante Bianco is an extension of the same conviction that governs our making. We do not offer services as a commercial addendum. We offer them because the objects we create deserve to be cared for, continued, and personalized with the same rigor that brought them into existence. All pricing is handled through direct consultation. Contact us and we will discuss what your piece requires.
INSCRIPTION
Every House piece carries the potential for a personal mark. We offer laser engraving on any piece with sufficient surface area to accommodate it, typically the interior of rings and bracelets and the reverse of pendants.
Engraving can carry a name, a date, coordinates, a phrase, or any symbol that holds meaning for the wearer. If you are uncertain whether a specific piece can be engraved, contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
Engraving requests should be specified at the time of ordering. To engrave an existing House piece, reach out to us directly.
REPAIR AND RESTORATION
We offer repair and restoration services exclusively for House of Dante Bianco pieces. If a setting has loosened, a surface has worn, a joint has separated, or a component needs replacement, we want to know.
Because every House piece is made in our own atelier by the same hands that made it originally, repairs are not handed to a stranger. We know the piece. We know how it was constructed. That continuity of authorship extends to everything we do after the sale.
To arrange a repair or restoration, contact us with a description and photographs of your piece and the issue. We will respond with an assessment and estimated timeline.
RESIZING AND MODIFICATION
If a House piece no longer fits as it should, we will make it right. We offer resizing and modification services on any piece purchased from us. Because we made it, we can alter it without compromising the integrity of the original construction.
To arrange a resizing or modification, contact us with your order number and the change you need. We will assess the piece and confirm the timeline and any applicable cost.
BESPOKE COMMISSION
If you carry an idea, a stone, a form, or a piece of family history you want translated into metal and permanence, we want to hear it. Bespoke commission is not a secondary offering of this House. It is the original act from which everything else follows.
The process begins with a consultation, in person in New York City or remotely. We develop the concept through sketches and CAD renderings before any material is committed. You are involved at every stage. We provide regular updates and photographs throughout production so you can follow the creation of your piece in real time.
Production typically takes 8 to 16 weeks from consultation to delivery, depending on complexity and materials. All pricing is discussed during consultation.
